We want to keep our employees safe. This is the reason why, in 2009, we set the goal to be among the top ten companies on employee safety worldwide by the end of 2015.
A top priority is to improve the work-life balance, so employees maintain their motivation and satisfaction with their job at LEGO. Therefore, every year we ask our employees about their perception of the LEGO Group as a workplace in our Employee Pulse survey.
